Devotees must provide accurate details (Name, Star) for pooja offerings. Offerings are performed based on the temple calendar and availability.
Donations and pooja bookings are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed. In case of technical failures where money is debited without booking, the amount will be settled as per bank timelines.
Users agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent payments or illegal activities. The temple reserves the right to cancel bookings that violate temple customs.
The temple is not responsible for delays caused by network issues or bank processing errors during e-donations.
